Whenever a new version of the ARC agent is released, the device will automatically install the updated version after 24 hours. If a connection failure occurs during the remote control component update, installation retries will be performed every 24 hours or when the device is logged in again, either by turning on the machine or by restarting the service.

⚐ Notes: If you have an antivirus that restricts downloads, you must add the agent to the exclusions in order to perform the update.
