Error: Transposition of Reporting Information

Description of the error

An error may occur when exporting the information of a report in the main report viewer, resulting in the information of some fields presenting a transposition and being shown in other columns as seen in the following example.

The first two columns are called State and Reason. In the first records, the data Registration is displayed correctly in the States however, at some point in the export, the data reflects a transposition and appears in the Reason.

To correct the behavior of the transposition, consider the following steps:

1. Click on the side icon on the right of when the report has been executed to open the export options.

2. Deploy XLSX export options.

3. In the field Text Export Mode Select the option Text

4. Re-export the report to correctly view the report information without transposition.

⚐ Note: You can configure the export mode option from the Report Designer and save the changes so that you do not select these options each time a report is displayed.
