    Forced agent update
    • The functionality allows you to request forced update of the agent on devices, covering scenarios where automatic synchronization does not run correctly, for example, when the machine is suspended at the time scheduled for the update.

    The action is performed individually, allowing the administrator to execute the update directly from the device detail. The agent starts the process in the background and does not interrupt ongoing tasks.

    The functionality will also be able to run in bulk, allowing multiple devices to be selected or the update to entire groups, making it easier to standardize the agent version in large-scale environments.

    In addition, the device view includes a new filter by Agent Version, which allows you to easily identify outdated equipment and prioritize its updating, either individually or in bulk.

    With this enhancement, the system ensures greater control, flexibility, and efficiency in managing agent versions, keeping devices aligned with the latest security, stability, and compatibility improvements.
