ADM is a solution that manages the organization’s IT assets and from the inventories of hardware and software detected, it will be able to manage distribution processes (agent and software), remote control as well as keeping the software updated to avoid security risks.
Knowledge of the basic and transversal elements of ADM gives the user context to later access the configuration and device management processes. The guidelines to be taken into account are:
