Functional compatibility

Version 9.30.1 is released to allow compatibility on systems with common 9.6 libraries, necessary for on-premise installations. AQM versions 9.30 will be compatible with database versions to be released in the future. AQM 9.30.1.6 is compatible with database version 9.5.32.
