Scheduling Reports by Date Range

It was evident that when scheduling a report by mail, with the date range field, the mail did not reach its recipient.
This functionality is corrected for this type of reports, if they are sent correctly to the recipient.

Filter boards are not displayed

It was evident that some boards that had an empty filter, when viewed, remained loading indefinitely.
Changes are made to adjust problems with the filter and display the dashboard correctly.
