When exporting from the viewer

• Information from exported reports in XLSX can be transposed and consequently some fields will be seen in incorrect columns. It is recommended to consult the Troubleshooting Manual to correct this error if presented.

When editing schedules

• An error occurs with the DateOnly and TimeOnly parameters when used in a new schedule, it may generate an error when trying to edit that schedule later.

Workaround

• As a temporary measure, the DateTime parameter is used in schedules to avoid inconveniences.

Load a data source’s cache into quick reports

When you first load a quick report with an uncached data source, you may see an error message for the timeout that expired when fetching the information.

Workaround

• Wait a few seconds while the cache loads, and try again to use the data source.
