CHG-42039-19-301211 - Add device serial number in device detail.

The client requires the device serial data (Physical) to appear in the device inventory details in console.

Development is carried out on the console and in the agents of Android devices to capture and record the serial number of the cell phones in the console, classified as hardware information. This feature applies to Total Device Owner (DO) management profiles
