Understanding known errors ​

Console

• In reports, option Device List, the calendar exceeds the display limit.
• In the dashboard, in the metrics option, the months without having the year selected are displayed.
• In consumption management, there may be slight differences if the server and devices are in different time zones.

AEMM Agent

• Android:

• In the kiosk settings, note the following:

Bluetooth functionality on devices with OS version lower than 9 does not allow notifications to be displayed to grant Bluetooth file transmission permission.

• In the remote control process, if the option to share only one app is selected, the remote control session is closed when the user selects an app that is not configured in the kiosk policy. Applies to devices with Android 15.

• iOS:

• When the policy applied on an iOS device has an app blacklist configured, the device is linked using ABM (Apple Business Manager), and the inventory command is sent, the information returned by the device may be affected. This is because blacklisted apps are hidden on the device, but they are not uninstalled.
