CHG- AEMM - Remote Viewing for iOS Devices

AEMM is required to allow real-time display of the screen of iOS mobile devices (iPhone and iPad), as remote control is done on Android devices.

Implementation

Remote viewing functionality for iOS devices is incorporated, which allows the administrator to view the device’s screen in real-time. Additionally, the recording of the sessions in video is enabled for later consultation.

⚐ Note: - This feature is only available for devices running iOS 14 or higher. Due to restrictions imposed by Apple, only remote display of the screen is possible; Remote control (direct interaction with the device) is not allowed
