Considerations
- AEMM is released with Common version 9.11.0.6.
- AEMM is released with tests in the 9.5.55 unified database.
- Starting with console version 9.29.0, you will only support agent versions equal to or higher than 9.27.0 (Android) and 9.20 (iOS).
- Important: Products that use a Common version equal to or higher than 9.7 require that the environment has the .NET Framework 4.8 installed.
- Important: For the remote control process, the server must have the following C components installed:++:

| Note | Product Version | Commons | Unified BD version |
|---|---|---|---|
| AEMM | V 9.35.2.11 | 9.11.0.6 | 9.5.55 |
Requirements
For the installation of Aranda Enterprise Mobility Management (AEMM) with a new database, consider the following:
1. Starting with version 9.16, the database is unified with the other Aranda products and the installer will not create the database. For deployment, the Aranda Database Tools (DBTools) tool is available.
2. Create a new and updated database using DBTools, based on the structure and content that you have in common with other Aranda products.
Database migrated from version prior to 9.16
If AEMM is on a version earlier than 9.16, run the migration script package included in the official release folder.
- For the deployment of this version of AEMM as a new console, the installer will NOT perform the database creation; the use of DBTools is required.
- Deploying the database for a new console must be done with the latest version released.
- Before downloading the MDM profile for iOS device pairing, either traditionally or through Apple Business Manager (ABM), you must have the APN certificate preloaded into the console.
- For iOS devices, ownership is required Load User Profile, located within the corresponding Application Pool in IIS, is configured to True.
- iOS devices that are paired using ABM must be previously registered in supervised mode and registered in the ABM console.
