    Aranda Field Service Getting Started Guide

    Aranda Field Service (AFLS) is a tool for the management and solution of work orders, which facilitates the operation of a service, optimizing the processes of automatic or assisted assignment for the fulfillment and effective attention of the field service.

    Knowledge of the basic and cross-cutting elements of AFLS gives the user context to subsequently access the order configuration and management processes. The guidelines to be taken into account are:


    1. Installation and Access

    Learn how to log in to the client console and identify application usage requirements.

    2. AFLS Operation

    Learn about how Aranda Field Service and its components work.

    3. Environment

    Identify the AFLS web interface with which you will interact in the different processes of configuration and management of work orders.
