Aranda Field Service (AFLS) is a solution designed for the management, monitoring and attention of work orders, facilitating the operation of a service and is developed in the following stages:
- (i) The Order Dispatch It allows you to automate the process of assigning orders to specialists and the localization process. They will be able to schedule activities and associate resources (inventory) for the service service.
- ii) In the Field Care The assigned and qualified specialist will give a timely response to the client’s request within the agreed times.
- (iii) In the Order Monitoring Coordinated monitoring will be given to the assigned activities and the trips made for the fulfillment of the service.
- iv) In Data Analysis the indicators and metrics generated are consulted.
The availability of the following functionalities depends on the specific licensing of each customer.
