Enter the ASMS client site URL (ASMSCustomer)

Select an authentication type other than default (Aranda) and click on the “Forgot Password?” label, which redirects you to the APR User Console (APRUsers).

In the Aranda console (APRUsers) you can reset the password and assign the Security Questions.

This utility uses an authentication method that allows validating the user’s identification, through security questions, which have been previously configured by the user.

When the authentication process is complete (Security Questions) click the (Accept). You will be able to view the option Reset password.
