All Aranda Software products require a license for their operation, in the administration of licenses, you will be able to assign the users who access the ADM site, as well as the management of the devices that will use the different licensed modules.

License Management - Users

To access the general licensing settings:

Click the in the upper-right corner of the screen.

⚐ Note:

• Assigning licenses by groups is not currently supported on the platform.
• The number of licenses shown on the Licensed Devices card corresponds to the AAM (Aranda Asset Management) product.

⚐ Warning: Once the user uploads their purchased licenses from the console, the common licensing service must remain on the same machine, otherwise the uploaded licenses will be lost.

⚐ Warning: If the application server is on a virtual machine, install the Common Licensing Service on a physical machine, because when restarting virtual machines there is a high probability that the hardware brand will change and the service will incorrectly assume that it was moved.

License Management - Devices

View/Associate Licensed Devices

1. To view the licensed devices, go to the Licenses section. When accessing, you will be able to view the view of the devices associated with the selected license by ADM management module (Inventory, Licensing, Distribution, Updates, Remote Control and Energy).

Devices are categorized into the Licensed and Non-graduates, where they are grouped according to their status.

2. By selecting one or more devices, you can select the respective button to Associate Licenses or Disassociate Licenses to the chosen devices.
