⚐ Note: Before running the database creation scripts, verify that the database collation is in (SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AI).
You should consider the following steps to install ADM and the database from scratch:
- Run the installer Aranda.ADM.Web.Installer.exe. View ADM Console Installation.
- Run the installer Aranda.Conserver.Installer.exe. Do not upload services until you configure the repserver and .config from the conserver’s folder. View Installation Conserver
- Run the installer Aranda.ADM.Utils.Installer.exe and install on machines where remote control is needed. View Viewer Installer Remote Support
- Create the database from SQL Server Management.
- Run the initial database script using the Aranda DataBase Tools (see the KB document for execution steps).
- Run Aranda DataBase Tools to configure the connection strings so that the “.config” files point to the created database.
- Upload Aranda services, either by the Aranda DataBase Tools application or by the list of services:
- Aranda Cruncher Catalog
- Aranda Cruncher Energy
- Aranda Cruncher File
- Aranda Cruncher Inventory
- Aranda Cruncher Patch
- Aranda Cruncher Usage
- Aranda License Windows Service
- Aranda Scheduler Windows Service
- Aranda Worker Windows Service
- Log in to the console and verify the connection to the repserverView Communications
- Run the MQTT broker installer MQTT broker installation
- Configure the file
Aranda.Conserver.Windows.Service.exe.config
folder in the “%Program Files(x86)%\Aranda\Conserver” folder. - Start the service

. - Verify that all Aranda services are running.
