It is identified that the ADM agent when installed on workstations enables the support of insecure protocols such as TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1.

Modification is made to the ADM agent to not enable TLS 1.0 and TLS1.1 communication channels Starting with version 9.17, only TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 protocols are supported. (These protocols are not supported by Windows 7 unless you have extended support from Microsoft; otherwise remote control and remote management will not work.)
