    Known Issues
    • Every time the server where the server where the conserver is installed is shut down, you should check that the service is up, because sometimes it does not start the ArandaConserverWindowsServiceV9 service when loading the operating system.

    • The conserver depends on the operating system’s own services to be able to start automatically, sometimes windows tries to start the service ‘ArandaConserverWindowsServiceV9’ before the operating system’s own services necessary for the correct functioning of this service and fails.

      Workaround: Enter the machine where the conservator is installed and upload the service manually.

    • In the summary of a pending update it is not possible to visualize the architecture in which the update is applied, Due to vendor restriction we cannot obtain this information before downloading the update.
    • No es posible instalar parches con extensión .iso . Se detectan las máquinas que lo necesitan, pero no se aplica el parche desde la consola.

    • Due to vendor restriction, it is not possible to apply OS updates with .iso extension.
