ARC Remote Control Improvements

An improvement is implemented in the process of remote taking control over a device when making a user change. Previously, the system would stay on charge for about 2 minutes, causing considerable waiting time.

With this update, the user switching process is now done more efficiently and consistently, significantly reducing the loading time to just a few seconds and improving the user experience.
