This functionality allows the end user to recover their password through their username or email.

This option allows you to access a form to enter the username or email and proceed to the password recovery.

Fill in the username to be able to recover the password. Enter the information and select the Reestablish, you will be able to view a message to receive mail for password reset and complete the process.

Enter your email where you will receive the following notification:

Access the link sent where a form will be shown to fill out the new password.

Enter the new password information and select the Update Password, a message is displayed indicating that the password was successfully updated

Log in to the platform with the new password.
