Before starting the installation process of the Aranda VIRTUAL SUPPORT console, make sure to uninstall any previous versions and check some additional points to ensure a correct installation and proper operation. Below are the minimum ranges for installation, however, these characteristics may be higher than those indicated
Aranda AVS Gateway

For both cases, extra hard disk space is required for the recording of control and operating logs. In the case of the Web administrator, additional hard disk space is required, available for the audit log and generation of required agent installers.
