This functionality allows the user to hide various sections of the user portal home page.

1. Click the “Personalization” at the bottom left of the screen.

2. Uncheck the options you want to hide from the homepage.

⚐ Note: The only options that cannot be hidden are “Services” and “My cases”.

3. To re-show the hidden options, open the customization option again and check the options you want to show again.
