    Anonymous authentication

    To anonymously access the user portal, please note the following:

    • Make sure you have anonymous access enabled on your project.
    • Log in to the user portal using the project-specific link. View Projects ↪

    1. Once you access the user portal using the project link, Enable the “Anonymous access” and click the “Enter”.

    When you have logged in to the user portal anonymously, you will be able to see the project and the services you have access to to perform case creation.
