• Update rules are not triggered
• A time-out error may be generated when loading some packages. (Try loading the package again.)
• Synchronization through Entra ID will only be able to import users and user groups; Device synchronization has not been implemented at this time.
• As a result of the update of the Remote Control module to .NET 8, on computers with operating systems that do not support this new technological platform (Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and versions of Windows 10 prior to 1607) the Patch Management module (APM) may present the error Failed to load shared library 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Aranda\Aranda Agent 9\Aranda.Agent.APM.Library.dll' (error 127: The specified procedure could not be found.), without affecting the operation of the Asset Manager module. In these same operating systems, the rest of the ADM capabilities continue to work according to the compatibility defined for each component; the limitation applies to Remote Control and the inconsistencies pointed out in Patch Management (APM).
• The Remote Control module will not be available on devices running Windows 7, Windows 8.1, or Windows 10 versions earlier than 1607 (Build 14393); on these computers, the ADM agent will automatically uninstall the component, and no new Remote Control requests, actions, or updates will be processed

⚐ Note: In some of these unsupported operating systems, the ARC (Remote Control) module may be disabled without being automatically uninstalled; if removal is required, it must be done manually.
