When incremental inventories were processed before total inventory and total inventory was not processed, there was no way to request inventory again; it was required to wait up to 5 days for the agent to send it automatically.
The Total de HW/SW in action Get Inventory, available from the list of devices that are in a state No inventory, and in the specific device detail, allowing you to re-order the total inventory without waiting for the agent to be automatically dispatched. This option requires the device to have agent version 9.25.1 or higher.
