Failure to display CMDB embedded in ADM

    PM-189033-19-202820

It was evident that, in environments with ADM integrated into CMDB (version later than V9.8.0), the embedded CMDB tab in the device detail did not display the configuration item information. The console presented the CMDB login screen with the messages “The session is over, please authenticate again” and “Oops! Something is wrong, contact the system administrator”, or it remained loading without showing results, even when the integration token was configured correctly in ADM and CMDB.

The generation of the token with which ADM opens the embedded configuration items of CMDB is adjusted, so that it identifies the user with their username and not with their full name, which is the data with which CMDB performs authentication. The same setting applies to device and software configuration items, and when a software does not have information in CMDB, the console reports it instead of failing to query its data.
