Software Installation
1. From the WhatsApp web or mobile application, start the chat with the Bot’s contact number, invoke it by typing “any text”; the Bot will respond with a greeting message and the available options are listed, select the option Install Software.

⚐ Note: This functionality requires having the ASMS Admin Console URL configured. ADM in the module General Settings, in the Settings, selecting from the drop-down list ASMS The setting ADMSelfServiceUrl. Example: https://dominioadm/.

2. Select the device where you will install the Software and click Send

When selecting the device, the Bot will notify on a card, the defined device.

3. In the next session, in the drop-down option, the software will be available for installation; Select the software to install and click Send.

4. Once the software is selected, the Bot will notify the defined software, followed by the notification of the installation process.

Once the software installation is complete, the bot will notify you of the installation status.

⚐ Note:
- The notification time once the software is installed will be 10 minutes.
- If the installation fails within that time, a notification will be sent.
- If the installation takes longer than 10 minutes, the status of the process will not be notified.
