View Servers
1. Log in to the Aranda Security console with the administrator role, in the General Settings from the main menu, select the Mail Server. In the information view, the list of available servers is displayed.

2. In the information view of the servers, you will have information management and organization actions enabled. Information View in ASEC Web Environment
Create Mail Servers
3. To create mail servers, in the Configuration from the main menu, select the Mail Server. In the information view, select the New and in the detail view, the server properties window is enabled where you can fill in the required information:

Parameter | Description |

Name | The name of the server that allows mail to be transported. |
Server | DNS name of the mail server |
Port | TCP Service Operation Port |
Sender name | Name of the sender of the notification of the emails |
Sender’s mail | Sender’s email address |
Set Default | Indicates whether you want that provider to be the only one authorized to send mail in AES |
Enable SSL | Indicates whether your connection uses secure protocol |
4. In the Authentication Type, you can select the available options by type of provider:
- Basic Authentication
- Oauth Authentication

5. For basic authentication, enter the mail server login username and password if required.

6. For OAuth authentication Request required fields

Authorization URL | URL address to be able to carry out the authorization |
Url Token | URL for authorization token generation |
7. Configure the relevant information to the Oauth mail provider in the Azure portal Configuring for OAuth 2.0 Modern Authentication. This process generates the parameters that are required in the Oauth mail configuration form in Aranda Security.

Refresh Token | This will be generated during the credential generation process |


8. When you finish configuring the mail server, click the Save to confirm the changes made.
⚐ Note: If you have created more than one mail server configuration, only one of them can be marked as a configuration By default.
Editing a Mail Server
9. To edit a mail server record, in the information view, select the name of the provider from the available listing.

10. The Server Properties window is enabled, where you can modify the server or authentication type data.

11. When you finish the mail server settings, click the Save to confirm the changes made.

Delete Servers
12. To delete Servers, in the information view, select one or more records from the list of configured servers that you want to delete, and press the Eliminate .
