    Case Update (Version 2)

    In version two (V2) of the case update, additional fields are dynamically generated when the fields for the project, case type, service, category, and status are completed.

    To update cases using the connector Aranda Service Management Consider the following steps:

    1. Get the Id By Project (enter the ASMS environment to get the case ID).

    2. Select the function Update Case (V2)

    3. Enter the required value:

    • Id By Project

    4. Type or select a value for the properties “Project”, “Case Type”, “Service”, “Category” and “State”, as appropriate.

    The properties associated with the case will be generated as shown in the following image:

    5. Enter a value or relate a field for the properties of the ticket you want to update:

    Note:

    • Registration of the other fields is not mandatory.

    • The values for the additional fields are added as shown in the next section: Additional fields.
    • Additional fields also depend on the status of the case.

    5. The connector will respond with a status code of “200”.
