    Task Update

    To update tasks using the connector Aranda Service Management Consider the following steps:

    1. Select the function Update task

    2. Enter the ID of the task to be edited:

    • Task ID

    3. Type or select a value for the properties “Parent case type” and “Model”, as appropriate.

    The properties associated with the case will be generated as shown in the following image:

    4. Type or relate a field for the task properties:

    Case Properties  
    Task Id Group
    Subject Responsible
    Description Reason
    Solution Relation Type
    Duration Status ID
    Start Date Model ID
    Additional fields  


    Additional fields

    The values for the additional fields are added as shown in the next section: Additional fields

    Note:

    • The properties that are added by selecting from a drop-down list depend on each other; For example, the property Model, Relation Type depends on the property Parent case code, because they are associated with a case.

    4. Run the connector and verify the response:


    The connector will respond with a status of “200”.

    5. Verify the case creation by logging into your environment.
