1. Selecting a work order record enables the Order Detail where they can consult basic information about the order (customer, date and place of service) and the specialist can contact the customer to report any news or confirm a piece of information about the assigned order.
Contact is made from the following instances of information about the Applicant:

| Call: | It allows you to contact the customer using the contact telephone number. |
| Message: | It allows you to send a text message to the customer using the contact phone, using the available messaging options. |
| Location: | It allows you to visualize the location of the specialist and if necessary calculate the travel route. |
⚐ Note: The action of contacting the customer will be enabled in the mobile console for the specialist, when the order status is found In Process.
