1. When licensing a specialist, they receive an email with the URL, domain and user data and a QR code to scan.

2. To enter by the QR Code option, you must allow AFLS access to the device’s camera for photo and video recording.

3. If you have an active privacy policy, please agree to the terms and conditions to continue.

4. The option to scan the code provided is enabled and when doing so, log in to the mobile application by entering information such as the domain, username and password of the assigned specialist.

⚐ Note: The URL to connect to the AFLS server should be sent as follows: EXAMPLE URL: https://{host}/AFLSAPI/api.

5. Select the Login to enter the application.

6. If your mobile device does not have location enabled, allow AFLS to access location for app use and enable Permission All Time to Share Location Data.

⚐ Note: These configurations, access and all permissions are essential to avoid interruptions in the service and ensure the correct performance of the application.

7. When logging in, the app will perform a synchronization process where options such as Workflow, Additional Fields, Survey Templates, Mobile Settings, and Orders are checked.

8. The field specialist logs into the AFLS mobile console to manage assigned work orders.
