Adjustments have been made to the Specialists Web Console (ASDKV8) to resolve the issue related to the lifetime of named licenses. Now, the validity of the named licenses will depend on the value configured in the “Expiration Time” field of the ASDKV8 website in the Aranda Web Configurator (AWCF) console.

Importantly, the value configured in the Aranda Web Configurator (AWCF) console takes precedence over the value configured in the “License Lifetime” field in the Web Configuration Console (BASDK) > Summary > Options. Therefore, if the last value is greater than the first, the lifetime of the concurrent licenses will be the value configured in AWCF.

⚐ NOTES OR ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:

• Run the “Aranda.ASDK.Web.Installer.exe” file and follow the installer’s instructions.
  
• The executable file functions as both an installer and an update tool.
  
• This update applies only to databases in version 8.0.165.
  
• If you have any custom settings in the web.config files, you must reapply the setting.
  
• Aranda Service Desk consoles that use rich text control are only supported up to IE10. Alternatively, other browsers such as Chrome or Firefox can be used.
  
• Tags corresponding to HTML fields such as description, solution and notes, will not apply style changes.
