View Mail Server

1. In the Mail Server information view, you can view the list of servers grouped by basic mail server data and the type of authentication.

2. In the mail server information view, you will have information management and organization actions enabled.Information View in Commons Environment

Set up mail forwarding

To perform mail forwarding settings, in the Server Information view, select the Configure and you can assign the allowed attempts for mail forwarding.

⚠ Important: Only a maximum of 100 attempts are allowed for mail forwarding. If this condition is not met, the default configuration of the Common will be taken.
