Permissions
The permissions associated with the roles determine the actions that can be performed in the Directory Service module. The list of permissions for this module will be displayed below:

| Viewing Directory Services | If the user role has the GETAUTHPROVIDER, GETCONFIGURATIONLDAP You will be able to view all the information in the directories, import mapping fields, etc. | ![]() |
| Editing Directory Services | If the user role has the permissions: CREATEAUTHPROVIDER, CREATECONFIGURATIONLDAP, UPDATEAUTHPROVIDER, UPDATECONFIGURATIONLDAP you will be able to create and edit all directory services information; as well as assign mapping fields and schedule synchronizations. | |
| Deleting Directory Services | If the user role has the DELETEAUTHPROVIDER, DELETECONFIGURATIONLDAP You can delete directory services. | |
Example: If the user profile does not have the viewing permission, a message is presented informing you that you will not be able to view this content (directory services listing).

Example: If the user profile does not have the edit permission, the mapping fields will be disabled for editing.
