    Permissions

    The permissions associated with the roles determine the actions that can be performed in the Directory Service module. The list of permissions for this module will be displayed below:

    Permission Description Access to
    Viewing Directory Services If the user role has the GETAUTHPROVIDER, GETCONFIGURATIONLDAP You will be able to view all the information in the directories, import mapping fields, etc.
    Editing Directory Services If the user role has the permissions: CREATEAUTHPROVIDER, CREATECONFIGURATIONLDAP, UPDATEAUTHPROVIDER, UPDATECONFIGURATIONLDAP you will be able to create and edit all directory services information; as well as assign mapping fields and schedule synchronizations.
    Deleting Directory Services If the user role has the DELETEAUTHPROVIDER, DELETECONFIGURATIONLDAP You can delete directory services.


    Example: If the user profile does not have the viewing permission, a message is presented informing you that you will not be able to view this content (directory services listing).


    Example: If the user profile does not have the edit permission, the mapping fields will be disabled for editing.
