Surveys/Question Types
| Question type | Description |
|---|---|
| Open | Questions where the user writes their answer. |
| Yes or No | Questions with two answer options, affirmative and negative. |
| Multiple Choice | Questions with multiple options and a single answer. |
| Ranking | Questions to be rated with stars in a range set by the administrator. |

Surveys/Additional Data by Question Type
| Field | Field Type | Description |

| Enable justification | Selector | Allows you to activate justification when the question is answered. |
| Title to indicate the justification for the answer | Text | Message that appears to the user when the response is required to be justified. |
| Mandatory justification | Selector | Determine if the justification of the answer is mandatory. For the Yes or No question, you can specify which option it is mandatory for or both. |
| Include drop-down options | Text | Field that is enabled in multiple-choice questions, to add the text of each option. |
| Rating Value | Text | A field that is enabled in ranking questions, to determine the number of stars that will be displayed to the user to answer the question. |
