    Permissions

    The permissions associated with the roles determine the actions that can be performed in the Mail Servers module. The list of permissions for this module will be displayed below:

    Permission Description Access to
    Viewing Mail Servers If the user role has the GETMAILACCOUNT You will be able to view all the information on the servers and their related data.
    Mail Server Edition If the user role has the permissions: CREATEMAILACCOUNT, UPDATEMAILACCOUNT You will be able to create and edit all the information on mail servers, send test mail, etc.
    Deleting Mail Servers If the user role has the DELETEMAILACCOUNT You can delete mail servers.


    Example: If the user profile does not have the viewing permission, a message is presented informing you that you will not be able to view this content (mail server list).


    Example: If the user profile does not have the edit permissions, the save button and the fields in the mail server detail view are disabled and only available for reading.
