    Times in Categories

    CASE CH-25498:

    New functionality is implemented in the administration console (ASMSAdministrator), through which each of the categories of a service can have configured a different time.

    Log in to the ASMS Admin Console, in the Catalog and Portfolio of Services from the main menu, select the Services.



    Select a service click on the Categories, when editing a category select the Times.



    There you will find the new default column, which will be displayed, selecting the time of the model, but that any other time associated with the type of case and model can be selected.



    The time selected will be the one that is taken into account to count the progress of the case on console specialist.



    Note: The change of time for the category is retroactive, this means that at the time when it is Change time in the category This change will apply to all cases that have been created with the edited category.
