Previously, when an email was sent without the MessageId identifier, Aranda’s log case creator did not register the cause of the failure.
A setting is made in the Admin console (ASMSAdministrator), now when a new email is sent that does not have a messageid in its header, the Aranda DebugView log and the Aranda case creator log will now send a message notifying that the email does not find the messageId and the action of creating the case will be restricted.
