Previously, in the ASMS Specialist, when relating a case to the State Finalized, the relationship was created correctly, but it was not recorded in the Case History.

A setting is implemented that allows the relationships between cases to be recorded in the history, even when the cases are in the Finished state, maintaining traceability for open and closed cases.
