Bulk project import functionality is complemented in the administration console (ASMSAdministrator), a new sheet is added to relate Categories, CIs and Locations to the service and set the SLA for each relationship.

When you download the file for project import, a new sheet will be displayed at the end of the book, in which you must enter the name of the service, the item with which it is going to be associated, additional it is possible to associate SLAs to the associated items.

⚐ Note:

• Categories, Services, SLAs, and Locations must exist on file to be associated.

• The CIs must exist in a database to be associated.

• Relationships can be created with services, but without SLAs.
