Previously, when you created a case and deleted the value recorded in the additional field (date and time), the field was displayed blank, but a default value was superimposed on the case history.

Made an adjustment to the Specialist console (ASMSSpecialist), now when editing the additional field to an empty value, in the history of the case when saving the changes, the text (No information) will be displayed.
