Previously, in the ASMSSpecialist, attaching a file to a case and adding more than 500 characters in the description field generated a non-descriptive error notifying that it was not possible to attach the file.

An adjustment has been made. Now, entering text that exceeds 500 characters in the description field will notify the user that it cannot exceed this limit.
