In the Specialist console (ASMSSpecialist), in the Dashboards view it was not possible to make a change of manager or status and generated an error due to mandatory interface fields that were already filled in.
Adjustment is made on the specialist console (ASMSSpecialist), when editing a case in the Dashboards view, with interface fields marked as required, if the fields are already filled in, the case is edited successfully.
