On the console ASMSAdministrator, it was previously not possible to search for CIs from the Services > Agreements > CI when there were more than a hundred thousand registered ICs. This made it impossible to filter and select ICs due to the large amount of data.

Implemented setting that allows search for Cis entering the first three characters of the name, regardless of the number of associated ICs. This change ensures that queries generate error-free results, even in scenarios with large volumes of data.
