    Impact, Urgency and Priority according to culture

    CASE PM-25829-19-200581:

    On the console (ASMSSpecialist) the Impact, Urgency and Priority fields were not displayed according to the specialist’s culture.

    Adjustment is made in specialist console (ASMSSpecialist). When creating, editing, or viewing a case, the fields (Impact, Urgency, and Priority) will be displayed according to the translation settings for each of the values.

    In the specialist console, the value configured in the translation will be displayed according to the culture of the specialist registered in the console; If the value does not have translation configured, the value defined in the database is displayed.
