Previously, when importing the data template with the end user’s information, the email field in the Excel file determined a length of 255 characters, as opposed to the Admin console that limited the field to only 50 characters.

A setting was made in the Admin console (ASMSAdministrator), when creating a new customer and/or editing the field (Email), the field will allow you to add a length of up to 255 characters.
