Previously, when performing the category search in the AssistMe end-user app, the search engine did not filter the category information by customer but by ranking in a top 5 categories.
A setting was made in the client console (ASMSCustomer), now when performing the category search in the app, the information will be filtered by complete words or synonyms of the categories or services to which the customer corresponds as a user.
⚐ Note: Search matches will also be taken into account by translation type.
