Previously, in the “Invoke WebHook” rule action, the body of the message included a tag corresponding to the survey link. However, this tag was incorrectly replaced by a blank space.

An adjustment has been made so that the survey link tag is correctly replaced by the corresponding link, including the token associated with the case’s client.

⚐ Note:

1. The tag replacement is made based on the client associated with the case.
   
2. The system administrator is responsible for the correct configuration of the WebHook and the recipient users of the send.
