The Tag VotingResult in the ASMSAdministrator and ASMSSpecialist consoles and allows you to configure the sending of emails with the results of an Approval process. This applies to the following types of cases: Service Requirements, Changes, Incidents and Releases.

In the Incident case types, the Tags are added VotingLinkApprove, VotingLinkInfo and VotingLinkReject in the Approval processes. These Tags allow you to include direct links to approve, request more information or reject the incident during the approval process.

Note: The SQL file for the creation of the Tags, is available for download in the case reported from the service desk.
